dSuite AI Assistant — answers inside your workspace

After you sign in, open the sparkles icon in the top bar and ask in plain language: sales this month, stock on hand, purchases this week, or how to use dSuite. Numbers come from your organisation’s data — filtered by each person’s role so cashiers and managers see what they’re allowed to see.

  • Instant help for workflows, screens, and everyday “how do I…?” questions
  • Permission-aware summaries — sensitive metrics stay with the right roles
  • One click from the header — no extra apps or plugins

dSuite AI Assistant is included for signed-in users (subject to your organisation’s subscription and administrator settings).

How did we do on sales this week?
This week so far, revenue (sales + delivered invoices) is shown in your snapshot, with transaction counts — I only use figures your role can access.
Refer friends — earn days

Your referral code

Share link

Example only — your real code and link appear on Subscription after sign-in. Bonus days apply when a new organisation completes a paid checkout; renewals do not count. Rules follow platform settings.

New

Referral rewards — grow together

Invite another business to dSuite. When they sign up with your code and complete a paid subscription checkout (e.g. via Snippe), both organisations can receive bonus subscription days — subject to the rules your operator configures.

  • Your code and shareable link live on Subscription after you sign in
  • Ideal for owners with more than one company — share the same great tools
  • Qualified referrals extend expires at on the subscription — renewals are not double-counted
View plans

Referral bonuses depend on subscription checkout, eligibility, and administrator-defined settings. Nothing on this page changes billing until you complete checkout in the app.

New

One login, multiple businesses — switch without signing out

Run a stationery shop and a restaurant (or any mix of business types) under the same username. Your administrator links each organisation to your account in User management; after sign-in you pick which company you’re working in from the top bar.

  • Business menu in the header — appears when you have more than one linked tenant
  • Inventory, sales, and staff stay separate per organisation — no data mixing
  • Works for managers and platform admins who need to jump between sites
Module overview

You will only see the switcher after an admin assigns you to more than one tenant. Subscriptions and billing remain per organisation unless your operator offers a bundle.
